“Community Engagement: How Friends Can Promote the Value of Your Library”
Synopsis: Friends can play a vital role as advocates for the library and its services. What are some of the strategies that Friends can undertake to promote and increase the value of the library? How can Friends work with the director, library staff, and trustees to carry out cooperative and collaborative activities which make the library a center of community engagement?
